Torna l’Olimpiade dele Clanfe, ancora in versione online
Per tutto luglio i partecipanti potranno inviare il video del proprio tuffo, che sarà sottoposto al giudizio popolare su facebook.
L’Olimpiade dele Clanfe, giunta alla quattordicesima edizione, torna puntuale a caratterizzare il mese di luglio dell’estate triestina.
Anche quest’anno, a causa delle misure anti-Covid, la manifestazione si terrà online.
Questa la “ricetta” per partecipare, da tutto il mondo:
1. Filmarsi mentre si esegue un tuffo rigorosamente in acqua, che sia di mare, fiume, lago o piscina.
2. Iscriversi su www.spiz.it
3. Inviare il video alla pagina facebook “olimpiade dele clanfe”
4. Farsi votare da più persone possibile.
Nell’edizione 2020, la prima in assoluto online, i partecipanti sono stati ben 56, da Maiorca a Pola, da Padova all’Olanda.
C’è chi ha scelto di tuffarsi nella propria piscina gonfiabile, magari accompagnato anche da un cavatappi regolarmente iscritto, e chi invece ha preferito l’ebbrezza dei 15 metri di roccia, sullo stile delle gare estreme organizzate dalla nota bevanda energetica austriaca.
Quasi tutti hanno scritto una vera e propria minisceneggiatura, e qualcuno ha portato il tutto all’estremo realizzando una vera e propria serie televisiva, tipo La Casa dei Pampel, evidentemente ispirata alla famosa serie tv spagnola.
Fuori concorso una vera e propria clanfa da Guinness, realizzata alla piscina Bianchi dagli atleti della Sezione Tuffi dell’U.S. Triestina Nuoto: ben quaranta tuffatori in contemporanea, chi con una clanfa, chi con una bomba americana e chi con un kamikaze.
L’obiettivo del 2021 è dunque quello di battere in “morbin” l’edizione precedente, in attesa di ritornare finalmente a godersi in presenza lo spettacolo della giornata più pazza dell’estate triestina.
E non è detta l’ultima parola che ciò non possa già accadere in agosto di quest’anno, magari in forma ridotta.
L’Olimpiade, nata quasi per caso nel 2008, ha subito riscosso un enorme successo, tanto da crescere in modo esponenziale sia nel consenso popolare, sia nel numero degli iscritti.
L'Olimpiade abbraccia un ampio ventaglio generazionale, con partecipanti che vanno dai 4 agli 82 anni.
«Se vogliamo è proprio questo il segreto della manifestazione dietro alla quale c’è un grande impegno e una notevole mole di lavoro da parte di tutti i soci. - spiega Mauro Vascotto, patron dell’evento - Mettere cioè insieme diverse generazioni e intere famiglie: spesso si tuffano fianco a fianco padri e figli, ma anche nonni e nipoti. La filosofia deve essere quella di cementare i rapporti familiari ma anche di amicizia, nello spirito della competizione, ma soprattutto del tipico morbin triestino».
Si partecipa divisi in categorie in base all'età: ci sono così i pici, sino agli 11 anni, i muleti, dai 12 ai 15, i muli (16-25), i muloni (26-40), i mati e babe (41-50) e infine le vece bobe e le vece marantighe (over 50).
I premi? Ovviamente tipicamente triestini! Grazie alle pubblicazioni messe a disposizione dalla casa editrice White Cocal Press.

Throughout July, participants will be able to send the video of their dive, which will be submitted to popular opinion on facebook.
The Olympiad of the Clanfe, now in its fourteenth edition, returns punctually to characterize the month of July in the Trieste summer.
Also this year, due to anti-Covid measures, the event will be held online.
This is the "recipe" to participate, from all over the world:
1. Filming yourself doing a dive strictly in water, whether it is sea, river, lake or swimming pool.
2. Register on www.spiz.it
3. Send the video to the facebook page "olimpiade dele clanfe"
4. Have as many people voting as possible.
In the 2020 edition, the first ever online, there were 56 participants, from Mallorca to Pula, from Padua to Holland.
There are those who have chosen to dive into their own inflatable pool, perhaps also accompanied by a regularly registered corkscrew, and those who have preferred the thrill of 15 meters of rock, in the style of extreme competitions organized by the well-known Austrian energy drink.
Almost everyone has written a real mini-screenplay, and someone has taken it to the extreme by creating a real television series, such as La Casa dei Pampel, evidently inspired by the famous Spanish TV series.
Out of competition a real Guinness clanfa, built at the Bianchi pool by the athletes of the Diving Section of the U.S. Triestina Swimming: forty divers simultaneously, some with a clanfa, some with an American bomb and some with a kamikaze.
The goal of 2021 is therefore to beat in "morbin" the previous edition, waiting to finally return to enjoy the spectacle of the craziest day of the Trieste summer in presence.
And the last word is not said yet: this could even happen already in August of this year, perhaps in a reduced form.
The Olympics, born almost by chance in 2008, immediately met with enormous success, so much that it grew exponentially both in popular consensus and in the number of participants.
The Olympics embraces a wide generational range, with participants ranging from 4 to 82 years old.
«This is the real secret of the event, behind which there is a great commitment and a considerable amount of work by all SPIZ members. - explains Mauro Vascotto, patron of the event - Putting together several generations and entire families: often fathers and children, but also grandparents and grandchildren, dive side by side. The philosophy must be to strengthen family relationships but also friendships, in the spirit of competition, but above all of the typical Trieste morbin».
Participants are divided into categories based on age: there are pici, up to 11 years old, muletes, from 12 to 15, mules (16-25), muloni (26-40), mati and babe (41-50) and finally the vece bobe and the vece marantighe (over 50).
Those who perform particularly complex dives end up in the UFO category.
The prizes? Obviously typical from Trieste! Thanks to the publications made available by the White Cocal Press publishing house.
